We are proud to say that Wool Time was one of the first Italian knitwear companies to actively engage in becoming more sustainable. As producers and entrepreneurs, we feel the moral duty to guarantee our customers various certifications that testify that our green business practices are going in the right direction.
Wool Time can boast the Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS), Global Recycled Standard, Responsible Wool Standard and Responsible Mohair Standard certifications certified by ICEA (Institute of Ethical Environmental Certifications).
The certifications of the Organic Content Standard (OCS) ensure that our textile products contain organic natural fibers.
While the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) and the Recycled Claim Standard (RCS) testify that Wool Time textile products are made from recycled material. An example of this is the widespread use they make of yarns such as eco-cashmere.
Lastly, the Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) ensures that our company's textile products contain wool that comes from responsibly managed farms, in compliance with stringent criteria for animal welfare and the reduction of environmental impact.
Thanks to these Sustainability Certifications, all our activities can be certified and verified, to help our customers follow increasingly important green standards.
